Happy Friday cherries! You know I love giving you treats every Friday, so here it goes…
I love all things wedding-pretty and I must warn you, this wedding is filled with LOADS of it. Looking at this wedding’s lovely details is like handing over a candy to a child (and make that her FAV candy at that), it made me light up, made me smile like crazy, and to simply put it, looking at all these just filled me with glee. But when I started knowing the “story” behind all these too-cute wedding photos, I felt even happier. Then I realized, I love love stories more. 🙂
Vj prepared a day-long, activity-filled, romantic photo walk date for Sheli. Being both lovers of photography, they toured around Manila and shot photos to their hearts content. As Vj narrates, “It was a very fun (and romantic experience) for me and I believe Sheli as well. To be out there doing something you love with someone you love is bliss.” The day was ending but Vj’s surprise was just starting. He acted as normal as possible so that Sheli wouldn’t suspect a “proposal” coming. Vj says, “I had a simple dessert date planned out where we first became a couple (Coffee Bean Bonifacio High Street), had small talk and the usual lambingan and kulitan, and I couldn’t put into words what I was feeling then. It was a combination of excitement, anxiety, nervousness and all that. I could even feel my teeth tattering (and the AC unit was in no way helping). I’m really no good with words so I let Sheli watch a video instead.” Curious on what was in the video? Oh I know you are! View it here at Vj and Sheli’s blog! 🙂
Sheli and Vj chose Kindergarten as their wedding theme. Vj explains, “Sheli and I are kids at heart (and will always be :)). We wanted the wedding to show that personality of us and let our guests feel young and full of love again.”
So cherries, here’s Sheli and Vj’s too cute Kindergarten Wedding! Enjoy! 🙂
Their friends helped them make the center pieces for the reception based on the Alphabet Song.
Vj hand wrote each of these cute place cards!
Oh look! Guests came in wearing kiddie clothes.
